Autism and ADHD Assessment.

I offer a neurodiversity-affirming diagnostic evaluation and consultations for autism and ADHD using a non-pathologizing, collaborative approach.

  • My training and approach are deeply informed by the lived experiences of autistic, ADHD, and multiply neurodivergent individuals. While many traditional assessments are grounded in behaviorism and ableist frameworks—often overlooking the internal experiences of neurodivergent people across ages, genders, races, ethnicities, and abilities—I focus on creating a process of positive self-discovery, free from stigma and harm.

I prioritize neuroaffirming assessment tools intentionally selected for their respect for neurodiversity, focusing on understanding, not labeling. This evaluation may be ideal if you're seeking a formal diagnosis and a written report with recommendations.

    My process includes:

    • Social and developmental history gathering

    • Diagnostic interview(s)

    • Self-report questionnaires

    • Written report and a review meeting

I’m committed to helping people of all ages and identities embrace a positive neurodivergent identity, especially those from intersectional identities (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, gifted/2e, trauma survivors). My evaluations provide clarity for those whose neurodivergent traits may have been overlooked or misdiagnosed due to gaps in professional training, particularly for neurodivergent women, queer and trans individuals, and people of color.

  • In addition to formal assessments, I offer ADHD and Autism consultations for those who don’t need a formal diagnosis but are seeking support, resources, or guidance. These consultations are ideal for individuals and families questioning a potential diagnosis, those wanting to explore if pursuing one is right for them, or people who have already been diagnosed and want help making sense of the diagnosis and recommendations.

This client-led consultation focuses on your specific questions, needs, and goals. These sessions are not for formal diagnosis but can validate self-diagnosis or help you move forward in understanding you or a family member’s neurodivergent identity. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as parents, partners, and loved ones. Consultation sessions follow a standard session rate and are typically 50 minutes and are provided virtually.
